*Celebrating Oldsmobile/Buick Muscle Cars*

General Information

1.      All preregistered “FasTrac” entrants will enter through Gate #2.  These participants who have their “FasTrac” credentials will have the option to park on the South Side (La Parilla) or North Side (Village Baking) of the mall parking areas.  This is on a first arrived first parked basis.  When those areas are full, you will be directed to any available parking.

2.      Late registered and preregistered (who did not pick up their “FasTrac” on Saturday, June 6th) will enter through Gate #1.  After paying your entry fee and or picking up your registration packets, you will be directed to park in available parking.  Please be patient as the “FasTrac” participants will have PRIORITY entering the show area.

3.      $50.00 early entry fee until May 30th.  No mail in entries accepted after May 30th.  Late entry or day of event $55.00.  Saturday, June 6th from 4pm-6pm, we will late register cars as well as distribute prepaid FasTrac entries and event t-shirts.

4.      *The specialty parking area this year is reserved for Olds/Buick.  This is a first parked, 50 car limit area.  Olds/Buick owners must request this area during staging.  Special custom designed t-shirts (first 50 Olds/Buick Muscle Cars) and special awards

5.      No entry into the show area before 6am.  Classic cars must be in place by 9am to be eligible for awards.  Registration window cards must be displayed on the vehicle before entering the show area and during the show.  Drive In Together Park Together-No Holding Spaces!

6.      Canopies/awnings are not allowed due to space restrictions and safety liability.

7.      No parking allowed in crosswalks or handicap spaces (unless you have a handicap placard).  We encourage handicap classic car participants to request handicap parking when entering the show area.

8. Schedule—National Anthem @ 9am, Raffle drawings and shirt sales all day, Lunch is available from 10:30am-1pm, Awards start @ 1:30pm, Participants cash drawing at the end of the show, must be present to win (Deposit your postcard at the t shirt booth). All times are approximate
